How to measure:

Wrap a flexible tape around your head about ½ inch above your eyebrows, where the hat sits. Keep it level and snug without pulling tight. No tape? Use string, then measure it with a ruler.

SM–MD: about 22–22¾ inches (56–58 cm). LG–XL: about 23⅛–24 inches (59–61 cm). Choose the range that includes your measurement; this stretch-fit hat has no adjustable strap.
